ME Flash mob first edition at Ngee Ann City, Orchard Road
More than 50 married couples celebrated World Marriage and Valentine’s Day with a Freeze Flash Mob right in the heart of Orchard Road.
The Flash Mob started at 12pm and lasted 5 minutes. The crowd included couples who had been married for more than half a century (55 years) as well as a newly wed couple married just the day before. One elderly woman in the final stages of cancer and in a wheelchair showed up with her husband of 48 years.
Each of them froze in a romantic pose and had a piece of paper that read “Happily Married X years”. Wishing everyone a very Happy Valentines Day!
